TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PARTICIPANTS
    1. Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
    2. All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    3. This promotion is only available on purchases of the Honda HRX426QX lawnmower and Honda HRX476QX lawnmower, in the UK from Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
    4. This promotion is only available from participating Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised Dealers.
    5. Employees of Honda Motor Europe Ltd ("Honda"), its associated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
    1. To enter the promotion, the participant must purchase the Honda HRX426QX lawnmower or Honda HRX476QX lawnmower, from a Honda Lawn & Garden Authorised dealer within the UK during the promotional dates specified in Clause 2.2 below and must submit a valid claim in accordance with Clause 2.3 before the deadline of midnight 14 April 2010 as detailed in Clause 2.4.
    2. Purchases for these promotions must be made between Monday 1 February 2010 and Wednesday 31 March 2010 to take advantage of this promotion.
      Purchases made after Wednesday 31 March 2010 will not be eligible for these cashback promotions.
    3. In order to claim the cashback, the participant must comply with the following:
      1. The dealer must fully and correctly complete their section of the cashback claim form, including obtaining the unique reference number.
      2. The participant must fully and correctly complete their section of the cashback form.
      3. Send the completed claim form, together with the original receipt or valid proof of purchase to "Honda Lawnmower Promotion Spring 2010, Blueprint Partners Ltd, 123 Disraeli Road, London, SW15 2DZ", to be received before midnight Wednesday 14 April 2010.
    4. All cashback claims must be received by the deadline; Honda accepts no responsibility for claims not received by this date and any claim received after 14 April 2010 will not be processed.
    5. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Honda, or its authorised representative, will issue a cheque payable to the name supplied on the claim form (the "claimant") and post this cheque, along with the original receipt/proof of purchase received by Honda, to the address specified on the claim form.
    6. Honda will endeavour to issue a cheque within 28 days of receipt of claim.
    7. Only one (1) claim may be made per product purchased.
    8. The original receipt must be sent to Honda with the claim form. Photocopies will not be accepted.
    9. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Participants are advised to use a secure method of delivery.
    10. No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those claims not received by the closing date specified in Clause 2.4.
    11. Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for claims to be processed.
    12. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
    13. Honda reserves the right to void this promotion at any time and change the terms aand conditions without incurring any liability.
  3. CASHBACK
    1. The cashback will be sent to the claimant in the form of a cheque. No alternative arrangement will be entered into.
    2. The cashback offer is £100 per Honda HRX426QX lawnmower or Honda HRX476QX lamnmower purchased and the total value and currency of each claim will be calculated from the details provided on the proof of purchase and claim form.
    3. It is the claimant's responsibility to cash the cheque whilst it is still valid.
    4. Only one cheque will be issued per claim form and it is the claimant's responsibility to process their cheque as required and within the necessary time period whilst it is valid.

    1. Honda shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.
      However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Honda's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Honda.
    2. Honda shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
