Honda have always promoted a safer and cleaner marine experience. In line with this, we are the only engine manufacturer to offer free RYA Level 2 Powerboat training to any person purchasing a BF50 engine or above.
The two-day course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and forms the basis of the International Certificate of Competence. It includes close quarters handling, high speed manoeuvres, man overboard recovery and collision regulations.
